These tarts didn't turn out like I wanted them to. I know they're supposed to have almost a funnel-shape to them, but I just couldn't do it. I did try to make a mold out of clay for it (carving it out from scrap clay), but it still didn't give me the look I wanted. Oh well...

In Vietnamese it's Banh hot ga... but erm... I don't know Chinese other than what I get from menus lol. xP
I remember when I was younger, every dim sum meal would end with egg custard for dessert. :9 I love these things. One time, we went to the park and decided to take our custards with us to eat there. We sat down near the lake and I was about to eat mine when a GOOSE OUT OF NOWHERE came and *CHOMP*. I cried for HOURS after that lol.
