Caramel Flan Earrings

Just one of my FAVORITE desserts of ALL TIME!

My mom's made flan for us ever since I can remember. Of course, she always made the jell-o stuff in the box, but that didn't matter... it still tasted good. :9 I think it's because of flan that I decided I would get into making creme brulee in the first place... just to see how different the two of them really are. lol

I had to re-glaze them because the Krylon glaze just didn't hack it and the earrings became dull after being thrown around. I suggest to everyone not to use that stuff. Sculpey glaze, although a little more expensive, is a lot more worth the price. But, if you have access to Future Floor Wax, get that stuff because it's cheaper and I hear it works really well.

Dimensions: 1 1/2" in length, 3/4" for the flan (from the top of the cream dollop)
Materials: SculpeyIII, TLS, pastels, acrylics, Krylon glaze, Sculpey glaze, Swarovski 4mm bicone "aquamarine"
